Havent painted florals for ages, so it makes a change.. I like it a lot.

Its the end of Tourist Season in Christchurch New Zealand… not many people around, so Ive been going into gallery Friday Saturday Sunday afternoons only, for the slower time of year.. last year I was in New York around now.. its my birthday today, so enjoying things here. Am considering spending a couple on months in the south of France,, would appreciate any feedback of nice places to go and maybe sell some paintings in markets or galleries.. Its really an investigative visit and to get inspiration from the Great Masters and their stomping grounds… believe the light is fabulous in certain areas… Have been there before but was young and not interested in Art then. Will have to learn French a little anyway, believe the locals appreciate us trying at least… see you later

Its Autumn now… gee time goes so fast..getting cooler in NZ… down to 6 degrees C. yesterday.. brrrr… give me a desert island right now..
